Processing Time

Each item in our shop is thoughtfully made or carefully sourced. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships. During busy seasons or after a new collection launch, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you in the loop.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $100. No code needed — it's applied automatically at checkout.

Carriers & Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and offer carrier-calculated rates at checkout so you always see accurate pricing based on your location and order size. Available service levels (such as Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express) will be shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, here's what to expect:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10–21 business days

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, which is outside our control. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's journey right to your door.

A Note on Handcrafted Items

Many of our products are handcrafted or made in small batches. We take extra care in packaging each order to make sure it arrives safely and beautifully. If you have any concerns about your shipment, please don't hesitate to reach out — we're here to help.

Local Pickup

Prefer to pick up in person? We offer local pickup at our location. Select "Pick up" at checkout and we'll have your order ready within 1–2 business days. We'll send you a notification when it's good to go.
