Doula Services

ABOUT

As a folk herbalist, mother of two, entrepreneur, and holistic postpartum doula, I bring a compassionate, grounded, and whole-person approach to the transition into parenthood. My experience includes serving marginalized communities and working with families from all walks of life, from teenage mothers navigating parenthood for the first time to mothers raising six children. I recognize that every family has a unique story, set of needs, and lived experiences, and I approach each with empathy, curiosity, and without judgment.

My care is trauma-informed, rooted in bodily autonomy, and informed by ancestral postpartum practices, folk herbalism, and my own experience as a mother. I honor the physical, emotional, and relational dimensions of the postpartum period, creating space for families to feel seen, respected, and empowered as they find their footing in this new season. I believe postpartum care is not a luxury, but an essential part of community care, and that every family deserves access to compassionate, meaningful support.

This is a significant season of change, and you deserve the time, nourishment, and practical support to recover and find your footing. When families are cared for, that care extends far beyond the home.

SLIDING SCALE SUPPORT

I believe every family deserves access to meaningful postpartum care, regardless of their financial circumstances. While I do not currently accept insurance, I offer sliding-scale rates for daytime support, flexible payment plans, and discounted packages to help make care more accessible. I also offer hourly support, with a 15-hour minimum commitment. My goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care that feels restorative and deeply nourishing—not because postpartum support should be a luxury, but because it should be a standard part of caring for families. If finances are a barrier, please reach out. I will never turn a family away simply because of a lack of funds.
