WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. It is your responsibility to contact your local USPS office and fill out a postal claim for missing/damaged mail. If we have shipped your order already and you need to change the delivery address, contact USPS immediately.
HOW LONG WILL MY PRODUCT LAST?
Due to our highly effective methods of organically preserving our herbs, oils, and fats, these products have a shelf life of 18 months opened and up to 24 months unopened.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We forage and create all our products in Colorado! Our locally + regeneratively sourced ingredients come from woman herbalists + homesteaders within the state.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship out orders on Mondays and Thursdays, so expect the average delivery time of 3-5 full business days to receive your package.
