Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula Offerings

Postpartum is a sacred transition that deserves to be witnessed, nourished, and supported.
As a certified Ayurvedic postpartum doula, herbalist, and mother, I offer holistic postpartum care rooted in the understanding that healing happens within relationship: relationship to our bodies, our babies, our communities, and the organic world around us. My approach honors both ancient wisdom and modern realities, creating space for rest, nourishment, processing, and gentle integration during one of life's most transformative seasons.
Support may include nourishing meal preparation, herbal care, newborn support, emotional processing, household assistance, infant feeding support, traditional Bengkung belly binding, rest advocacy, and creating rhythms that help families feel grounded and cared for. I believe postpartum care extends beyond physical recovery—it is tending to the whole person as they move through profound change.
My work is rooted in the belief that care belongs to all of us—not institutions, not systems, but communities. As a queer mother, postpartum care worker, past community organizer, and clinical herbalism student, I approach this work through a lens of mutual aid, bodily autonomy, and collective care. I believe every family deserves support that honors their lived experience, identities, and values.
My practice is trauma-informed, non-judgmental, and affirming of all family structures, including LGBTQ+ families, single parents, chosen families, adoptive families, and those navigating complex circumstances. Over the years, I have supported postpartum mothers as young as 15 and as old as 41, and I understand that there is no single right way to parent, heal, or build a family.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep respect to every home I enter, recognizing that postpartum is both tender and transformative. My goal is not to direct or prescribe, but to help create the conditions for rest, nourishment, confidence, and connection—so families can trust themselves, care for one another, and thrive on their own terms.
Whether you are welcoming your first child or your fourth, my goal is to help you feel nourished, held, and supported as you settle into this new chapter.
I am actively taking on both day + night clients! Please reach out to me via my contact page to get in touch.
